Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Amusement Park, Resort, Restaurant, Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain high standards of food and beverage and guest services quality
∎ Efficiency management of all Restaurants, Kiosks, Bars food karts
∎ Maintain, develop and improve SOP's & KPI's
∎ Procurement F&B optimum supplies stocks
∎ Program regular purchases and make requests to the Purchasing dept.
∎ Detect eventual necessities and make requests to the Purchasing dept.
∎ Implement programs to boost sales and increase ebbtide of the department
∎ Implement new products programs and maintain visual standards
∎ Control continuously the quality of the product offered
∎ Motivate their team
∎ Working in open areas pools, beach club resorts and water parks.
∎ Fast food service knowledge and fine dining buffets.
∎ Forecasting, planning and controlling the ordering of food and beverages for a hospitality property.
∎ Handle functions sheets.
∎ Design unique menus.
∎ Assign Work Tasks.
∎ Assist with Management Logistics.
∎ Document Staff Attendance.
∎ Observe Company Standards.
∎ Ensure Health Code and Sanitation Practices and complying with food and safety regulations.
∎ Check Food and Beverage Orders.
∎ Interact with Customers and handling customer complaints
∎ Provide Aid to All Staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must know speak in English very well
∎ Working experience with World-Class water park project/Five-star Hotel/ Resort in the relevant field highly preferred
∎ Good experience in staff training.
∎ Expertise in Food processing and preservation/Quality management/Food standards and quality/ Nutrition and the food web will be highly preferable
∎ Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness
∎ Experience managing to brand standards
∎ Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
∎ Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
∎ Skills in MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
