∎ Minimum Graduation from any discipline from a recognized university (BBA, Public Administration, Criminology will get preference.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment and training of female security guards and receptionists
∎ Prepare training schedule and monitor for effective training for females
∎ Day to Day update training subjects, training materials, course contents of female training
∎ Take different steps to update service quality of female guards.
∎ Tasking, monitoring and supervising female guards and supervisors.
∎ Motivation, counseling and grievance handling of female field forces.
∎ Conduct investigation and survey for any incident or accident.
∎ Conduct On Job Training as per schedule.
∎ Prepare documents for bidding.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only female candidates are requested to apply for this post.
∎ Preferably 02-03 year’s experience from relevant field and Defense background will get preference
∎ Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
∎ Good communication skills, hardworking and energetic
