Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and support the study abroad team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
∎ Monitor team performance using KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with international universities, institutions, aggregator platforms, and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Guide students in selecting appropriate courses, universities, and career pathways based on their academic background and career aspirations.
∎ Handle student queries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, admission days, seminars, and outreach events.
∎ Stay updated on international admission policies, visa procedures, and education trends.
∎ Job Overview: ExploreX Global is looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – Operations to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Study Abroad unit.
