Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline preferably Economics, English, Development Studies, from any recognized university and minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/CGPA is desired in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying the priority areas for the organization to focus its Policy Agenda and provide Persuasion efforts that will make the greatest impact.
∎ Implement strategies and activities necessary to carry out the Policy Persuasion agenda.
∎ Work with policy makers and industry leaders to formulate, coordinate, and integrate the Policy and persuasion strategy.
∎ Attend regular meetings, prepare meeting notices, Minutes, and take initiatives to implement the decisions made in the meetings in collaboration with concerned Authority.
∎ Build strategic partnerships with organizations that will assist the organization in meeting desired policy agenda outcomes.
∎ Able to design, implement and different persuasive activities with concerned stakeholders like Government, Academicians, International Organizations, Trade bodies, Corporate Bodies etc.
∎ Prepare and negotiate contractual agreements for the provision of services.
∎ Any other task and assignments as and when required by the Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s) of experience in any trade body or wherein a lot of persuasion, communication and coordination activities were the main job responsibilities
∎ Strong commitment to the organization's vision, mission, values and culture.
∎ Strong project management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work autonomously under pressure of deadlines.
∎ Superior writing skills with the ability to translate complex issues into a level appropriate for the general population and policymakers.
∎ Ability to communicate orally and in writing with a variety of audiences, including community advocates, service providers, members of the public and local officials.
∎ Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), web based communications, social media, and some basic design software knowledge.
∎ Knowledge and experience of policy and policy-making process will be counted as added advantage;
∎ Experience working with senior management and policy makers will be given priority;
