Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a smart, responsible, resourceful, technically sound, knowledgeable and responsible person who has proven track record on woven and Knit production.
∎ Bit Body Bangladesh Limited (BBBL) is a fully owned subsidiary of Bit Body, Inc., USA. We manufacture custom-made clothing for our clients globally under our own brand MTailor (www.mtailor.com).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools and monitor head to head costing and cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage.
∎ Manpower planning and ensuring the sustaining systems are in place and benchmark organizations and build peer to peer learning networks will drive all plans.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of Woven- Bottom & knit - Tees & Polo's Garments production in the particular area of the factory as per the customer specifications.
∎ Ensure management of reporting production cost, maintenance, consumption, stock and inventory, headcount, quality, and safety for effective decision making by the management
∎ Responsible for increasing production with minimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.
∎ Lead to implement new technology for assigning task manufacturing processes and enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ To monitor and confirm production following ladder plan forecast, lay-out plan managing critical process, accessories availability, cut to ship ratio and efficiency.
∎ Identifying and applying the best suitable processes to solve development issues.
∎ Review weekly production plans for items as you assign.
∎ Ensure management of reporting production cost, maintenance, consumption, stock and inventory, headcount, quality, and safety for effective decision making by the management
∎ Cause study against low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify standard operational breakdown to production people and train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skilled workforce and initiate skill tests for ongoing operators.
∎ Provide necessary assistance in Pattern making, fitting and garments construction sample development.
∎ Responsible for the quality of the garments and providing necessary guidelines.
∎ Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the sewing.
∎ Resolve technical issues on the floor to ensure production flow.
∎ Training the technical team and assisting them in improving the routine operations of the department. Train up in-house manpower for improving process wise productivity.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Woven and Knit product experience especially Denim, Chino pants and Tees & Polo products.
∎ Ability to communicate with the US team.
∎ Sound knowledge in google Sheets and Excel.
∎ Willingness to work out of the factory in Bogabari Bazar, Ashulia
