Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Pharm or M.Sc in Chemistry /Bio-Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to run all stations of factory line, tablet, capsule, powder/sachet, liquid, ointment, cream, injections, etc.
∎ Preparing monthly requirement of Raw and Packaging Materials against production plan.
∎ Preparing & executing monthly production plan along with daily production schedule in coordinating with the Marketing Department.
∎ Monitoring every activities of production area time to time.
∎ Works closely with planning on our production schedule, to ensure orders are completed on a timely manner.
∎ To conduct the DGDA inspection or other internal or external regulatory inspection.
∎ Preparation, review and implementation of required SOPs, EOPs and all related GMP documents for Production Department.
∎ Monitoring of necessary man-power, machineries, accessories and ensure their availability.
∎ Leads with effective communication. Appropriately shares information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and emails.
∎ Plans, organize and directs day-to-day operations to meet the company's expectations for safety, productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment and exceeding our customers' expectations.
∎ Works with the Head of Plant to develop performance plans and objectives that align with the strategic objectives and plan of the company.
∎ Works closely with the Head of Plant and Engineer in change initiatives from efficiency identification to project delivery via internal governance and controls; empowers the team appropriately in the execution of change initiatives.
∎ Sending Daily Production Report and RM& PM Consumption & Stock Report through mail to the Superior & Management.
∎ Maintain ISO 9001: 2008 related Documents.
∎ Maintain all Room Control Record every day in specific Format & Logbook.
∎ Conducting GMP training among workers as required.
∎ Updating all regulatory related issues time to time and maintaining the liaison with the regularity body.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Working Experience in similar post at least 5 years.
∎ Good Communications Skills both Bengali and English.
∎ Computer Skill in MS-Office & Internet based Application.
∎ Good knowledge in cGMP.
