∎ Age 30 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain Quality Inspection report.
∎ The materials sampling & analysis of garment accessories.
∎ In Process Quality Control (IPQC).
∎ Follow all Quality Standard Operating Process (SOP) and action plan against any kind of quality related issues.
∎ Check the quality as per the approved buyer sample.
∎ Work with the production department to maintain productivity and product quality.
∎ Planning, Organizing & Preparing QC schedules to maintain the quality & the reliability of the products.
∎ Ensure Quality Controlling Process from the development stage of the shipment.
∎ Inspect & test products at various stages in production process - product conformity according to the specifications.
∎ Production sample checking, monitoring results of lab test reports and final approval for product release.
∎ Quality issues investigation and reporting to relevant department.
∎ Determine the causes of product defects that may be found. Then develop methods for reducing their occurrence.
∎ Responsible for the quality of the finished goods. Need to check and approve the 1st finished goods to ensure it is exactly what and also need to check and ensure the quality of all the finished goods that will be shipped to the customer.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
