Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. in Chemistry from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and investigate production issues stemming from functional problems or customer complaints.
∎ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
∎ Continuously improve product formulations, addressing issues like wash ability and ink flow.
∎ Conduct research and development activities to enhance product functionality.
∎ Establish and maintain comprehensive testing analysis reports and quality documents.
∎ Ensure that all quality control processes are documented and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Maintain the safety of the ink lab areas by enforcing safety protocols and providing safety training as needed.
∎ Monitor and manage hazardous materials, and ensure proper disposal procedures.
∎ Develop new test procedures, documentation, and policies for quality control (QC).
∎ Implement training programs for QC technicians to ensure compliance with procedures and protocols.
∎ Formulate and maintain QC objectives and coordinate them with production procedures.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to integrate quality control measures into the production process.
∎ Independently conduct laboratory tests and experiments.
∎ Interpret test results and generate reports to assess product quality.
∎ Recommend and implement measures to improve testing procedures, equipment utilization, and overall QC efficiency.
∎ Maintain accurate records of testing activities and times.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven experience in quality control and laboratory management
∎ Strong knowledge of product formulation and functional improvement.
∎ Familiarity with testing analysis and quality documentation.
∎ Proficiency in laboratory safety protocols and hazardous material handling
∎ Ability to develop and implement testing procedures, policies, and training programs.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
∎ Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
