∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Major in Wet processing Technology.
∎ Progressive experience in washing R&D within the denim or textile.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ All type of working knowledge about denim washing process like as normal wash, enzyme wash, stone wash, bleach wash and especially acid wash or random wash.
∎ Good idea about sustainable wash for new development.
∎ Can make EIM report (Environmental Impact Measuring) and how to improve the high impact from the low impact.
∎ Good knowledge about all type of washing dry process as like manual or leaser whisker, grinding, destroy, tagging, hand scrapping, PP rubbing, PP spray and new trends design work etc.
∎ Proven experience in a relevant role.
∎ 2-3 years working experience on same position.
∎ A strong sense of creativity aids in the process of thinking of new product ideas and solving problems creatively.
∎ Hand on experience in ozone wash and laser.
∎ Should have problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent leadership and managerial skills are also important.
∎ Ability to co-ordinate with customers, merchandisers and relevant team.
∎ Hands-on experience in managing or leading a team of employees.
∎ Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
∎ In-depth knowledge about working in R&D department.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products.
∎ Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors and customers.
∎ Monitor wash recipes for proper chemical dosing and provide wash recipes to initiate first bulk for setting up bulk production recipes.
∎ Design and conduct experiments to develop new washing processes and optimize existing ones.
∎ Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
∎ Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals.
∎ Manage customer relationships and perform RFP reviews, customer visits and product testing.
∎ Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products.
∎ Check every step of wash for wet and dry process for better quality of sample, which is wanted by the buyer.
∎ Direct corresponding with buyer and merchandizing team for proper implementation of processes according to their requirements.
∎ Transfer new technologies, products and manufacturing processes into the company.
∎ Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development.
∎ Train team members to build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about washing chemical.
∎ Document all phases of research and development.
