Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE
∎ Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Able to Hardware Software troubleshooting.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot & Diagnostic of Access Control Devices, Surveillance products (CCTV), POE Switch and Other Networking Devices.
∎ Updating to the proper way if there is a firmware problem to fix the damaged product
∎ Deal effectively with both internal and external customers and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
∎ Plan and coordinate daily activities for the RMA and Refurbishment teams.
∎ Drive initiatives to improve efficiencies and service quality
∎ Manage the team’s performance and personnel development
∎ To attain all telephone calls, give Software support remotely.
∎ Maintain Service Register With Organize Way.
∎ To Provide RMA report (Weekly) of you and Your Team to RMA Administrator.
∎ Keep knowledge of all new models of products & ensure spares in advance.
∎ Maintain Spare Parts & Protect service center from product missing & mishandling of office equipment.
∎ Good co-operation with other colleagues to ensure maximum output.
∎ Have knowledge on MS office Application, Mail Corresponding.
∎ Seeking solutions if needed by talking to suppliers in foreign countries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to Hardware & Software troubleshooting.

Salary: Negotiable
