∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze Tender documents for SPC Pole, Transformer, Hardware, Sub-Station & Transmission Lines/River Crossing Tower.
∎ Enhance existing project execution process by tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
∎ Prepare project plans and progress reports to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
∎ Develop protocols, reports, contracts, letters and data summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs continuously by visiting the Client’s office frequently as well as visiting the factory with customers during inspection of products. Also, follow up on the site anywhere in Bangladesh, if required.
∎ Keep liaison with present and potential customers and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experienced in Sales and marketing of Engineering products.
∎ Experienced in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
∎ Experienced in Project Management.
∎ Knowledge of software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint Microsoft Project, etc.
∎ Efficient in verbal, non-verbal, and written communication in Bangla and English.
∎ Leadership and decision-making skills.
∎ Critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer relationship management.
∎ Demonstrate personal integrity, confidence, and teamwork.
