∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project campaign management, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up with the factory and prepare a daily Delivery status report.
∎ Prepare a weekly report on PAT/FAT/PLI and Delivery report.
∎ Collect PAT/FAT and Delivery report from Operation (factory)/ Customer and collect PLI report copy from the customer.
∎ Prepare a weekly report on business execution status based on assigned projects.
∎ Prepare monthly reports for upcoming PAT/FAT/PLI.
∎ Upload files in the DMS system and prepare reports on a project basis.
∎ Enhance existing project execution process by tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
∎ Develop various protocols, reports, contracts, letters and data summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experienced in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
∎ Understanding of EPC works and tower supply business
∎ Formulation of the plan for efficient business operation (Inspection, Delivery, PLI)
∎ Knowledge of several basic software applications such as Excel (advanced), Word and PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Proficiency in using multiple discipline-specific software applications i.e. Microsoft Project
∎ Confident and have the ability in customer relationship management
∎ Leadership skills that create an impact on negotiation and persuasion
∎ Efficient in verbal, non-verbal and written communication in Bangla and English
