Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies for the company's existing projects, and leading the launch of new developments to the market to ensure that sales targets are met or surpassed.
∎ Devising and implementing effective sales strategies by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Support, train and manage sales agent teams to achieve target pricing and sales momentum
∎ Grow and maintain the firm's pool of direct clients, including dealing with direct enquiries and leads nurturing
∎ Participating in industry meetings, seminars and conferences. Growing personal and professional networks to stay informed on the real estate industry and increase business opportunities for the company.
∎ Liaising with lawyers and finance on sales documentation.
∎ Providing training sessions to the new team members.
∎ Addressing customer's issues in a timely manner.
∎ Performing administrative tasks of transactions such as recording and filing details.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Possess deep property market insight, salesmanship and performance management.
∎ Able to work quickly, efficiently and priorities important and urgent tasks to drive sales.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and negotiation skills.
