Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify potential clients, and generate leads.
∎ Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
∎ Provide support in negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
∎ Support the marketing team in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
∎ Assist in developing marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
∎ Market Analysis:
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
∎ Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry developments. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's competitive position.
∎ Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address customer feedback promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies, share information, and coordinate activities.
∎ Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
∎ Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
∎ Collect and analyze sales and marketing data to track performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
∎ Assist in the development and management of the sales and marketing budgets.
∎ Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with allocated budgets.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing.
∎ Attend conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
∎ Super - vising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
∎ Sales Support:
