Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Incumbent must have a motorcycle with a valid Driver’s license.
∎ Must have experience in B2B (Business to Business) Sales.
∎ MNC / Pharmaceutical backgrounds will be given preference.
∎ To plan and carry out the overall Sales and promotional activity of Packaging items.
∎ Responsible for the sales target achievement of the sales team.
∎ Responsible for the reduction of the Credit limit.
∎ Ensure delivery on time in full.
∎ Ensure customer visits by the sales team to generate better sales orders.
∎ Maximize Utilization of Factory Machines.
∎ early sales forecast and achievement plan.
∎ Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the reporting supervisor.
∎ Monitoring competitors’ activity and reporting to the supervisor.
∎ Train the sales team to keep them motivated.
∎ Another job as and when assigned by the management.
