∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Must have good knowledge of Lectra Modaris software;
∎ Minimum 7-8 years of experience in cutting production role;
∎ Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting cutting machinery specially auto cutter;
∎ Knowledge of cutting techniques, fabric properties, and layout optimization;
∎ Familiarity with software tools used in production management;
∎ Knowledge of pattern & marker making using Lectra Modaris software;
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla (Reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning and organizing daily cutting schedules;
∎ Supervise the cutting team to ensure accurate cutting of materials as per production requirements;
∎ Monitor the workflow to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines;
∎ Train and mentor cutting staff on techniques, safety protocols, and machinery operations;
∎ Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to team members;
∎ Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team;
∎ Inspect cut materials to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards;
∎ Identify and address defects or inconsistencies promptly;
∎ Oversee the setup and operation of cutting machines and tools;
∎ Schedule regular maintenance and report technical issues to the maintenance team;
∎ Ensure all equipment is used safely and efficiently;
∎ Enforce safety guidelines and ensure all cutting processes adhere to company and industry regulations;
∎ Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
∎ Maintain records of materials used, waste generated, and production outputs;
∎ Prepare and submit reports on cutting activities and team performance to senior management;
∎ Any other job assigned by the management when required.
