Mechanical Engineering, Utility
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Medical Equipment
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance of all utility system (e.g. generator, air compressors, HVAC, lifts, electrical & mechanical distribution lines etc.) of JHRML as per SOP.
∎ Perform trouble shooting & breakdown maintenance of utility systems through in person participation in team.
∎ Preparation & raising purchase requisition for spare parts, accessories & equipment for utility systems.
∎ Preparation of SOP, log sheets, schedules, protocols etc. as required.
∎ Participate in any regulatory audits, visits etc. as required.
∎ Training to junior colleagues on SOP & hands on maintenance & troubleshooting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent technical skill
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization in a multi-cultural environment.
∎ Solid computer skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office
∎ Visioning Strategy and planning, decision making & problem solving
∎ Strong team player with proactive interpersonal skills
