∎ 3–6 years of experience in QA/QC in BOPP, BOPET, or CPP film industries
∎ Certification or training in ISO, GMP or related systems is an advantage
∎ Good communication and problem-solving ability
∎ Deep knowledge of quality standards (ISO, BRC, GRS) and testing methods
∎ Hands-on experience with QA/QC tools and laboratory systems
∎ Ability to handle audits and customer communications
∎ 3–6 years of experience in QA/QC in BOPP, BOPET, or CPP film industries
∎ Certification or training in ISO, GMP or related systems is an advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the highest quality standards of BOPP, BOPET, and CPP films by leading the Quality Control functions, supporting team development, maintaining certifications, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
∎ 1. Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
∎ 2. Monitor, control and update film quality testing systems
∎ 3. Analyze production processes to ensure compliance and improvements
∎ 4. Develop, deploy and train teams on SOPs
∎ 5. Implement Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
∎ 6. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards
∎ 7. Verify and measure finished goods (BOPP, CPP and BOPET films)
∎ 8. Prepare and maintain documents for audits and certifications
∎ 9. Review audit results and ensure readiness
∎ 10. Support new product development initiatives
∎ 11. Examine customer complaints and implement corrective actions
