Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth and profitable field service operations of Yamaha Motorcycles.
∎ Design and establish new Authorized Service Centers, Parts Centers, and Yamaha 3S Center.
∎ Prepare service promotional materials and ensure branding of service.
∎ Monitor day-to-day service operations, service network expansion, customer satisfaction ratio, and promotional activities of service to ensure high-quality standards of after-sales service for customers.
∎ Organize training for DLR service staffs.
∎ Monitor and ensure service & spares network expansion to spread motorcycle service availability at every corner of the country.
∎ Assist and motivate service team to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
∎ Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control.
∎ Yamaha Motorcycles Bangladesh is looking for an after-sales service professional who will look after expansion of service network as well as monitoring the exisiting facilities & DLR. Major Responsibilities are -
