∎ A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from any reputed university

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Administrative work, and Training
∎ Should have a working knowledge of local and International Labor Laws
∎ Internationally recognized social auditing standards like BSCI, SA8000, ILO, etc. will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Bangla
∎ Proficiency in Project Management, Data Management, etc.
∎ Must have good problem-solving & decision-making skills
∎ Flexible to go for field visits on a frequent basis

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, coordinate, and execute social compliance operations for Independent Producers, Ayesha Abed Foundation, and other production hubs
∎ Develop and maintain audit schedules, checklists, and reports for periodic monitoring of production units
∎ Formulate and implement strategies to enhance social compliance and operational efficiency through Corrective Action Plan (CAP) monitoring
∎ Design and deliver training programs for Independent Producers, artisans, and administrative staff on social compliance standards and best practices
∎ Promote awareness and understanding of compliance requirements through developmental interventions
∎ Monitor compliance activities and track progress against established goals and benchmarks
∎ Prepare comprehensive reports on audit findings, compliance status, and corrective actions
∎ Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on compliance issues and progress.
