Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor day to day operation and performance of the solar plant.
∎ Carry out planned & unscheduled maintenance of PV module, Inverter, SCADA, smart-logger/data-logger, LT panel, MV panel, PFI, Hybrid Controller etc. as required.
∎ Co-ordinate with internal power generation team for maximum solar utilization.
∎ Supervise and monitor the cleaning team for gaining optimum cleaning output.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly solar generation report, performance analysis report etc., and submit to management.
∎ Maintain the targeted solar generation output from plant.
∎ Maintain component failure report for proper warranty claim.
∎ Maintain liaison with PBS & REB for monthly electricity bill adjustment as per net metering guideline.
∎ Assist the EPC/vendor to installation and commissioning work of solar project within allocated schedule.
∎ Assist short-term & long-term solar project planning.
∎ AkijBashir Group seeks to appoint Assistant Managers who will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and performance optimization of the solar plant, ensuring maximum energy generation through coordination with internal teams, scheduled maintenance, and cleaning supervision. Key responsibilities:
∎ Monitor day to day operation and performance of the solar plant.
