Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate all marketing and advertising activities.
∎ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
∎ Develop new product idea according to market demand.
∎ Recruit Brand Promoter (BP) / Marketing Support Coordinator (MSC) abide by company policy, and trained them conduct training for BP/MSC for developing skills to conduct proper and result oriented marketing activities.
∎ Conduct training to sales team for providing technical information and proper positioning of the products.
∎ Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating database on crop acreage, market size, market share and strength of the companies are working in each territory.
∎ Branding and positioning of strategic products for easy penetration in agro market and ensuring sustainable growth.
∎ Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Professional and proactive work ethic.
∎ Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
