∎ Or A four-year bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited university

Educational Consultant, Visa Consultancy, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initial Counseling and Advising of the student
∎ Helping students in filling out the 'Student Visa Assessment Form
∎ Selecting the correct Study Destination (University, City, Country) and course for students
∎ Preparing the 'Cost Calculation Sheet' for every student applicant
∎ Collecting 'Student File Initiation Fee' from students or their guardians/sponsors
∎ Collecting Passport and all academic documents(Original) from students
∎ Drafting the 'Student Visa Service Agreement' and ensuring that it is read, understood, and
∎ properly signed by students and their guardians/sponsors
∎ Guiding students in preparing proper supporting documents like Statement of Purpose, CV, Recommendation Letter, Experience Certificate etc.
∎ Assisting students in preparing complete and error-free documentation as per the 'Documentation Checklist
∎ Applying for admission to foreign universities through Online Application Portal
∎ Mailing Hard Copies of Applications and Supporting Documents to the university through DHL/ FEDEX/UPS
∎ Following up on the status of the application (through the mail, e-mail, phone or any other appropriate communication tool)
∎ Making arrangements for opening the 'Student Account' with a Commercial Bank
∎ Helping students in filling in Student Visa Application Forms and Supporting Forms
∎ Scheduling Visa Interviews for students
∎ Following up on the status of the Visa application
∎ Conducting simulated 'Visa Interview' sessions for students
∎ Arranging Medical Examinations for the student
∎ Collecting 'Visa Success Fee' from their students or their guardians/sponsors
∎ Helping students in making travel arrangements like purchasing air tickets and providing airport pick-up and drop-off services
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
∎ Exceptional Leadership Skills
∎ Pleasant and Persuasive personality
∎ Impeccable language skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent presentation skills
∎ Strong computer skills (particularly MS Office, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Skype, Email and Internet applications)
∎ Ability to build a successful working relationship with colleagues, clients, partners, and company management
∎ Ability to travel widely within Dhaka metropolitan city.
∎ N.B: FREE training will be provided to selected candidates.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
