Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Talisman Performance Ltd, is a Sister concern of FCI Group, we specialize in manufacturing weft-knit synthetic fabrics in CEPZ. This role exclusively focuses on proficiently managing the dyes and chemicals essential to our organization's vibrant textile production.
∎ Communicate regularly with the concerned department in order to plan Dyes & Chemical sourcing.
∎ Ensuring all Chemical Compliance guidelines such Declaration letter of ZDHC MRSL level, Blue sign, GOTS, etc. and preserve chemical management documentation such MSDS, TDS.
∎ Maintaining Chemical risks assessment and hazard control as Per buyer requirement.
∎ Collect quotations from various vendors/suppliers.
∎ Monitor and evaluate supplier's performance in terms of price and quality.
∎ Work on cost savings initiatives by developing new sources and long-term contracts to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply.
∎ Maintain relationship with existing suppliers and source new suppliers as required.
∎ Make projection regarding stock level.
∎ Updating vendor database on regular basis.
∎ Ensure checking of the price of the procured goods by visiting the market frequently and prepare comparative statement.
∎ Follow-up delivery of the requested materials and supplies in a timely manner.
∎ Work on foreign purchasing & ensure LC/TT payment from finance/Commercial department.
∎ Collect all sort of import documents from customs & commercial departments as required.
∎ Sound Knowledge on EPZ docs procedure.
