Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge regarding Event Management, Project implementation, Interior/Exterior works. Its vendor base, associated goods and services and procurement processes.
∎ Sourcing & procurement items (goods/service) for event management, project, interior/exterior are but not limited to stage, stall, PVC printing, decoration, decorator, event site setup, logistics support, venue, hotel & resort booking, printing, event BP & MC support, web development, dancer, sound system, lighting, musician, Pop up, transport, food (snack, beverage, catering, soft drinks, etc. ), canopy setup, stationary, printing materials, cleaning materials, IT goods & accessories, HPM, PR & Media, branding, civil works, plumbing works, wood works, photography, videography, anchoring, hospitality, electric works, design, brand activation, etc.
∎ Sound knowledge regarding Corporate Gift Items. Its vendor base, associated goods and services and procurement processes.
∎ Sourcing & procurement items (goods/services) for corporate gifts are but not limited to
∎ Belt, wallet, diary, pad, pen, pen drive, cap, T-shirt, branding accessories, leather goods, card, festoon & others, promotional items, stationary, kitchen/home appliances, electronic/electrical gadgets, plastic items, hotel & resort booking, food items, transport support, ornaments, etc.
∎ Maintain process and result oriented approaches.
∎ Liaison with the user/service departments for requirement understanding and to place properly.
∎ Sourcing as per company policy to find out potential vendors.
∎ Due diligence checking of potential vendors.
∎ Comparison among quotations, negotiation with suppliers, involvement with Cross Functional Team, Procurement Committee, Tender Evaluation Committee to award the best value through PO/Agreement.
∎ Track & follow up on time delivery, dispute resolution if found any, bill processing/submission.
∎ Vendor enlistment, vendor database, vendor performance evaluation, vendor development in regular basis.
∎ Supply Chain KPI to ensure continuous improvement.
∎ Supply Chain- weekly/monthly/quarterly/ yearly/on need basis reporting.
∎ Ensure right quality, right price, right quantity, right time & right place for ensuring overall supply chain operations.
∎ Any kind of job-related responsibilities assigned by HOD/Management.
