∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemical, Yarn

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Yarn/chemical requirement planning and sourcing, Development sourcing (local & foreign)
∎ Prepare daily yarn/chemical purchase requisition after checking the stock status as per approved requisition from concern department
∎ Communicate regularly with the concerned department in order to plan yarn & Chemical sourcing
∎ Allocate yarn as per production coordinator and merchandising requirement
∎ Plan the start & End Time of Delivery for yarn (TOD)
∎ Make projection regarding stock level
∎ Updating vendor database on regular basis
∎ Work on foreign purchasing & ensure LC/TT payment from finance department
∎ Create Purchase Order (PO) in SAP ERP system
∎ Monitor LC processing status with commercial team and prepare BPZA/custom docs
∎ Any other task as & when assigned by the Management
∎ Bill processing and documentation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in Yarn planning or procurement is a must
∎ Relevant experience in Spinning factory and chemical
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented;
∎ Good knowledge on competitive yarn market and dyes chemical
∎ Have a strong & fostering collaboration with internal customers & suppliers;
∎ Excellent communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office specially in ERP system

Salary: Negotiable
