Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and define role requirements across departments.
∎ Source Candidates: Utilize online channels, social media platforms, and professional networks to find and engage potential candidates.
∎ Manage Screening and Interview Process: Coordinate and lead screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates.
∎ Leverage Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Use ATS to track candidate information, manage recruitment activities, and schedule interviews.
∎ Create Job Descriptions and Interview Questions: Develop clear and accurate job descriptions and tailored interview questions for each role.
∎ Employer Branding: Drive employer branding efforts to enhance the company’s image and attract top talent through digital platforms and content.
∎ Organize Recruitment Events: Plan and attend job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to connect with candidates.
∎ Forecast Hiring Needs: Work with departments to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs based on business growth and turnover.
∎ Build and Maintain Talent Pool: Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
