Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proactively handle overall recruitment process- Interview selection to onboarding.
∎ Manage Payroll, Employee Benefits and leave policies efficiently .
∎ Responsible for a full spectrum of tasks related to compensations and benefits, as well as performance management.
∎ Organizing training sessions and prepare training evaluation report.
∎ Distributing stationary and store materials as per requisition.
∎ Maintaining vendor relations for departmental operations.
∎ Evaluation of sales performance metrics.
∎ Maintaining congenial working environment in office premises by arranging adequate drinking water, snacks, proper ventilation, light, cleaning services, stocking, gardening etc.
∎ Ensuring Safety at workplace by following standard safety practices. (safety equipment, first aid box, fire extinguisher).
∎ . Ensuring utility & Service support (electricity, gas, staff canteen, repair & maintenance, stationery, works uniform etc.) to run office smoothly.
∎ To maintain cleanliness of office premises and wash room all times.
∎ Directing and coordinating project activities, Motivating and managing the project’s team members, managing project schedules.
∎ Clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Establishing project requirements, priorities, and deadlines. Regularly communicating the status of a project to all impacted stakeholders. Presenting reports during business meetings.
