Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain corporate directives in matters related to human resources, manpower, policies, and procedures. In functional issues to the Head of Human Resources.
∎ Implement and monitor HR plans and policies, restructuring, and competency development in the light of the company's mission and vision. Provide full professional services to all the departments of the factory, meeting their expectations.
∎ Coordinate, supervise, and guide the job of the cluster HR team.
∎ Handle employee relations and employee grievance issues. Ensure a congenial IR (industrial relations) environment in the factories.
∎ Participate in the performance management system (PMS) in accordance with established KPIs.
∎ Maintaining HR compliance as per labor law and maintain a working relationship with the labor directorate or inspectorate as needed.
∎ Plan, monitor, and achieve people productivity; employee cost savings; compute CTC for each employee; and submit the analytical report to Management.
∎ Create, refine, and implement effective, repeatable talent acquisition processes and metrics that drive continuous improvement and align tools, assessments, and recruiting practices with the company's values and culture.
∎ Help to source and retain the best talents to keep the succession pipeline filled for key roles at all times.
∎ Formulate and implement L&D strategies and processes fully aligned to the overall business strategy in conjunction with the relevant business and functional need
∎ Formulate, facilitate, and implement strategies for training and learning programs, growth, and capability enhancement programs in line with business and functional needs.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs, explore gaps and improvement opportunities, and define appropriate solutions in conjunction with functional heads and line management.
∎ Visit factories often to gather observations, identify issues, determine solutions, and maintain SOP for HR guidelines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Efficient in MS Office, Excel, and Internet usage.
∎ Should be elegant, energetic, and have a pleasant personality.
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated, and excellent in interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
