∎ Must possess a strong aesthetic sense, be hard working and meticulous with time management skills.
∎ Be adept at AutoCAD, 3DMax, D5, SketchUp, M.S Office, Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Looking for developing professionally in this sector and committed to detailing and practical applications of design.
∎ Able to work independently with little or no supervision and also work well with other team members.
∎ Good Interpersonal skill.
∎ Must be a team player and able to lead a team, when necessary.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To assist phase 1 architects by designing and execution of Phase 2 works of all residential and commercial projects.
∎ Designing with creativity and innovation, the common spaces including landscaping of rooftops.
∎ Preparing Architectural detailed design of Interior Spaces with concept, presentation and working drawings.
∎ Must be able to create attractive 3D images for sales tools like e-brochures and hard copies.
∎ To possess and apply in-depth knowledge about detailed drawings and material selections.
∎ Has to read, understand and co-ordinate other related drawings like Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing of the building.
∎ To meet clients, site engineers and to visit the sites regularly, in order to supervise and ensure excellence in design and construction of it.
∎ Researching, analyzing & introducing new design trends in bti.
