Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry/Bio chemistry/Pharmacy/ Applied Physics or a related field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ QC Manager is responsible for establishing quality control policies and procedures that are in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ QC Manager oversees a team of QC professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that quality control processes are followed and maintained.
∎ QC Manager is responsible for conducting regular inspections and audits of products or services to ensure that they meet or exceed quality standards.
∎ QC Manager reviews quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implements corrective actions as needed.
∎ QC Manager works closely with other departments, including production, engineering, and customer service, to ensure that quality control processes are integrated throughout the organization.
∎ QC Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining all quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and inspection records.
∎ QC Manager ensures that the company is in compliance with all regulatory requirements, and participates in regulatory compliance activities as needed.
∎ QC Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement efforts across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Monitoring all analytical activities. and analytical method development, validation & report review.
∎ Market complaint and planned/unplanned deviation investigation, reporting and documentation.
∎ To organize training on new analytical method and instruments like GC, HPLC, AAS, UV-Vis, FTIR etc.
∎ Management of Equipment's, Glassware's and Reagent's used in QC section.
∎ Issuance, review and closing of Batch Manufacturing and packing Records and final release of product to market fulfilling international Audit problem.
∎ Review and approval of change control form and Project Product Transfer / Technology transfer / Pharmacopeia Change management.
∎ Checking and distribution of raw, packing and specimen materials
∎ Issuance, review and approval of process validation and hold time study protocol and monitoring of validation activities.
∎ Issuance, review and approval of machine qualification protocol and monitoring of qualification and requalification activities.
∎ Checking and monitoring of annual product review.
∎ Monitoring stability study of finished products through supervision of work distribution, organizing, and monitoring of analysis.
∎ Conducting internal audits.
∎ Responding and facing different regulatory and customer audits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5/10 years of experience in a Quality control management role within the medical device industry.
∎ Experience in managing a team and implementing regulatory requirements. (ISO13485)
∎ Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device production and quality control.
∎ Expected salary should be mentioned in the application along with designation and salary of current working organization.
