∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Sound knowledge in Quality on Offset Items, Packaging Items, Woven Label, Printed Fabric Label, Narrow Fabric/Tape, Heat Seal and others.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead Quality Assurance Department of Plant. Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) & implementation.
∎ Follow-up & coordinate with QA Staff activities.
∎ Defining the Process of Incoming, inline, online, Final Inspection and Lab.
∎ Responsible for handling audit program (External & Internal).
∎ Develop & update process, SOP & Work instructions.
∎ Responsible for Organize training program in plant regarding Process & Quality improvements.
∎ Ensuring compliance for meeting Statutory and regulatory requirements related to the product.
∎ Providing Awareness and Training to all concerned in the organization regarding the Statutory and regulatory requirements/ Customer specific requirements including requirements for Product Safety and restricted substances.
∎ Maintaining documents/ records related to Statutory and regulatory requirements/ Customer specific requirements related to the products and timely updating the same.
∎ Take actions regarding customer complain and provide technical service aiming to improve the situation continually.
∎ Reporting unit head & management regarding quality related issue.
∎ Responsible for Analyzing non-conformities and process performance Quality & production.
∎ Review of function specific documents for adequacy and changes.
∎ Maintain Liaison with other department heads/managers regarding quality & Production issue.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Unit Head.
