Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Must be self-motivated and hardworking.
∎ Solicit potential clients to buy luxury residential & commercial properties.
∎ To communicate with investor/buyers to visit project sites.
∎ To gather current market information and analysis and update time to time.
∎ To follow up clients & maintaining client database in ERP.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ To follow up sales and promotional activities and in events.
∎ Attend customers quires with satisfaction and rapport building.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Acquire new customers & visit projects frequently.
∎ Respond and follow-up sales inquiries through understanding the prospects requirements.
∎ Meet with key customers and assists the sales team with maintaining relationships and closing deals.
∎ To Follow-up clients through phone calls, emails & physical visit to generate sales.
