Job Context:
∎ Zaman Fashionwear Limited is a 100% Export Oriented Woven Industry having currently approx. 1000 manpower which is expanding day by day. Company is accumulating all modern machinery and equipment`s from renowned companies for its better productivity & quality. We are currently seeking applicants for Assistant Manager/Manager - Sewing Machine Maintenance Position. He must have substantial, experience in the following areas and must be self-driven and self-motivated to take challenge & deliver high quality results.
∎ Job Location-Gazipur (Mawna, Sreepur)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to oversee mechanical issues of all types of sewing and its related machine at factory in coordination with factory maintenance staff.
∎ To supervise all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively.
∎ Mechanical adjustment, timing and necessary troubleshooting in factory pertinent to mostly sewing machine.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of machinery of the factory.
∎ Coordinate with store for machine distribution, inventory, spare parts issue, sewing needle, machine oil etc.
∎ Follow-up of all out of order machines to be functional.
∎ Documentation and maintain all records.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have proven experience in sewing machine maintenance, machine Installation,
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments
∎ Candidates must have experience in woven factory
∎ Have vast knowledge about all types of trouble shooting process of sewing machine.
∎ Team building capacity and sound leadership
∎ Should have proven experience in sewing machine maintenance, machine Installation, Erection, operation and Maintenance.
∎ Should have leadership skill and good Team leader
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, hard-working, innovative & self-motivated.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.

∎ Should be proactive and well organized
