∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a garments factory.
∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and compliance requirements.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

∎ Ensure proper documentation and maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
∎ Liaise with government and regulatory bodies as required.
