∎ 3-5 years of experience in study abroad counseling (Australia/UK preferred)
∎ Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills
∎ Experience in market research and student recruitment
∎ Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
∎ CRM and social media fluency a plus
∎ Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counsel students and guardians on admissions, visas, and university selection for Australia & UK.
∎ Manage CRM software for data tracking and follow-ups.
∎ Conduct workshops, seminars, and university sessions.
∎ Respond to email inquiries and maintain detailed records.
∎ Engage students via telemarketing and social media (live sessions, video content).
∎ Build strong relationships with clients and institutional partners.
∎ Take initiative in exploring new business opportunities and meeting performance targets.
