Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Raise requisition & prepare order sheet as per projected plans
∎ Monitor on-time Production Tech Pack (PTP) release, dispatching them to the concern department
∎ Conduct analysis and calculate product costing
∎ Follow up with Independent Producers (IP) and Ayesha Abed Foundation (AAF) for pre-production samples
∎ Monitor timely production of raw materials as per requirements.
∎ Ensure and follow-up the availability and production of the designated products before photoshoot
∎ Update all relevant files, time and action calendar, weekly & monthly production report as per requirement
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
