Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordination of daily operational activities in sample development & follow up.
∎ Coordinating with factory, logistic departments, suppliers & vendors to ensure smooth functioning of all regular production.
∎ Need to prepare different types of internal order sheets (i.e. booking sheets and other).
∎ Different types of purchase orders need to prepare such as sewing thread, trimmings & accessories.
∎ Maintain all relevant merchandising order files, reports etc.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the management.
