Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced Assistant Merchandiser for Merchandising & Marketing department of our Sweater factory.
∎ Job Location will be South Salna, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
∎ To meet the merchandising requirements of buyers.
∎ Follow-up production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval/per-production/delivery.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
