∎ At least 02 years of working experience in the MIS sector in a large NGO or INGO.
∎ Adequate knowledge of data entry and data management
∎ Capacity to ensure data management and data protection principles.
∎ Experience in monitoring, collection, and reporting of data.
∎ Skills of arranging training/orientation on data collection, Gender & Inclusion, and Climate Resilient Green Programming.
∎ Ability to work under extreme circumstances, including stress, high-security risks, and harsh living conditions. Works and lives in a flexible, adaptable, and resilient manner.
∎ Basic English communication skills
∎ Excellent key speed in computer operations
∎ Graphics Designing, using Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, and other AI tools, etc. software is appreciated as an added value.

∎ The Opportunity
∎ This is an entry-level position, and the incumbent is responsible for maintaining all the CP information database. Assistant -MIS will play a key role in entry and managing the database system under the supervision of Officer - MIS. Import and check large datasets, regularly entering raw data into the Excel spreadsheet and different platforms as per project needs. Assistant - MIS by providing updated data regular basis and helps to analysis the dataset. Assistant- MIS will also ensure the data quality with the support of team. Assistant - MIS will be the main source of raw data and ensure the safety and security of the CP database as per organization policy. The Assistant- MIS is responsible for supporting the project team in the verification of documented incidents of child rights violations, documenting information, supporting the child/family through ensuring child protection, ensuring data protection in line with internal protocols, and providing daily updates to the supervisor and preparing regular reports.
