∎ Excellent skill on verbal communication
∎ Ability to manage multiple calls at the same time
∎ Customer friendly attitude and behaviors is required
∎ Record keeping experience with accurate information is an advantage
∎ Common computer application programs (MS Office, Social Media, etc.)
∎ Maintain confidentiality while managing data
∎ Must be ready to travel to field areas

∎ The Opportunity
∎ Overall purpose of this position is to manage call center, receive call through toll free hotline number and record information on specific template on regular basis and inform respective manager under the ViiV healthcare positive action in collaboration with HIV Prevention program for the female drug user intervention managing all aspects of the community implementation. S/he will closely work with Technical Specialist-Female Drug User Intervention (FDUI) to ensure that the virtual outreach component of the intervention is following set protocol of the project. She will also provide logistic support through online communication, maintain referral service center information and prepare monthly report based on feedback of call center.
