Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Complete the receiving of products accurately as per the challan and order.
∎ Receive entry of purchase bills through challan number in ERP and ensure the received products are sent to the Central Store on time.
∎ Ensure distribution of the received products according to outlet and size by the distribution team.
∎ Prepare the packing list according to the outlet and type-wise of the distributed products and store them in specific areas.
∎ On time product takeover in intact carton condition from the Central Store and warehouse and get down the products carton safely from up to bottom (from up to ground floor).
∎ Make transport available at the right time and load the vehicle according to schedule.
∎ Ensure delivery of products to outside of Dhaka and divisional outlets.
∎ Ensure unloading of the returned products from outlets according to documents and send them to the Central Store and Warehouse.
∎ Separate the usable and unusable cartons and hand them over to the concerned authority.
∎ Perform any other reasonable work as allocated by the supervisor and senior management.Safeguarding Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
