Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain Daily Patient Registration of PLW, U5 Children and General patients in health facility
∎ Controlling patient crowd according to system and need.
∎ Assist in various reporting such as IMPACT, DHIS2, CIC, Health Focal, EWARS, 4W, sectoral, case, events, and ad-hoc
∎ Conduct awareness session on different health issues in Health Posts (HPs)
∎ Disseminate General Health Massages using appropriate IEC Materials in health facility
∎ Assist to Medical Officer as interpreter to prescribe according to diseases.
∎ Participate in QI meeting at HP level minimum twice a month
∎ Assist HP team in emergency referral within the camp
∎ Engaged in other emergency activities as and when required
∎ Ensure data validation by cross-checking with registrar books, tally sheets and other documents
∎ Ensure adequate stock of daily tally sheet, patient form and registration.
∎ PHD is a not-for-profit organization, working in Bangladesh for more than 3 decades towards improving the life of the people, particularly of marginalized and the less privileged. PHD under the partnership of Save the Children, funded by ECHO is going to start the project activities e.g., outdoor service and mobilization at primary health care center in camp 21, Cox’s Bazar district.
∎ The position will be responsible for patient registration, triage and crowd management at health facility. Also, targets for conducting PW counselling & Health Education at Health Facility. S/he will assist to Health Service Providers as interpreter and adequate roles in monthly activities played according to HP monthly Plan.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
