Education:
∎ The candidate should have Diploma in Fisheries with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA 2.50 or equivalent result in all academic examinations. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates).

∎ Fisheries production related any degree will be given preference.
∎ Communication skill, Analytical ability, Production staff supervision, Hardworking, computer operation.
∎ Reporting Production knowledge, Comprehensive knowledge on fish nursery and grow out farming.
∎ Work under pressure, Labor Management
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning, Budgeting and implementation of production plan of Food Fish
∎ All preparation work of production in time. Ensure of all necessary inputs of production in time
∎ Give technical knowledge to staff for achieving yearly target of production
∎ Take necessary action for pond preparation, liming, fertilization, water treatment, disease preventive measure etc
∎ To give fish feed as proper percent in accurate time
∎ To sale marketable size of food fish in appropriate time
∎ To measure fish weight time to time for proper FCR record
∎ Monitoring of all production work regularly and feedback to staff for improving their activity
∎ Reporting to Manager in daily and monthly
∎ Maintain all production related register and analysis
∎ Staff supervision and assessment.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
