Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to analysis of job & sample and preparation of loading plan
∎ Assist to create effective production planning and monitor the production for timely delivery
∎ Oversee to prepare a sample and take approval from the authority.
∎ Prepare to cost for tailoring as per design.
∎ Ensure timely production as per required quality through proper supervision and monitoring.
∎ Check and assure products quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production process.
∎ Send the weekly loading report to Aarong Centre
∎ Monitor 'Daily Production Report' and communicate with the management
∎ Assist Centre Manager to recruit workers, train and retain the new and existing workers
∎ Prepare wages to muster roll, wages register book and entry the passbook of the workers
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in garments manufacturing.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on Production process (tailoring or sewing process) & production planning, Production monitoring and evaluation, Quality assurance (products), Production software operation
∎ Must have skills in Computer and Report writing
