Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Accounts/Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & maintain Mushak- 6.3 (VAT challan)
∎ Receive & maintain Mushak- 6.5 (Transfer VAT challan)
∎ Prepare and maintain sales return Mushak- 6.7 (Credit note)
∎ Maintain Accuracy of daily delivery report (Quantity, Value & VAT) between SAP software vs VAT software vs Excel.
∎ Input monthly product price at VAT software.
∎ Maintain Accuracy of monthly production, internal transfer and delivery report between SAP software vs VAT software vs Excel.
∎ Taking Rebate from related VAT challan.
∎ Preparing daily stock report & send to higher authority.
∎ Maintaining daily transaction record (Chack–kha).
∎ Coordinate with Delivery Programmer & Delivery Assistant for completing/ perfect delivery process.
∎ Liaise with Store & Delivery department for delivery issues for smooth operation.
∎ Liaise with VAT department of other units/factories of the company.
∎ Keeping update of all delivery and VAT document on regular basis.
∎ Prepare and submit VAT related reports to senior officials when required.
∎ Maintain manual filing system in an organized way as recommended.
∎ Generate different VAT related report if required.

∎ Should have skills on VAT Software
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working
∎ High level of professional integrity
