∎ Graduation completed (preferably BBA/MBA from top rated university).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare appropriate marketing plans and strategies for assigned portfolio.
∎ Develop product pricing, positioning and promotional strategy.
∎ Prepare short and long-term sales forecasts.
∎ Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
∎ Monitor and execute short and long-term sales and achieve portfolio target by coordinating with the sales team.
∎ Generate innovative ideas in changing and developing marketing strategies and programs.
∎ Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and the message is effectively conveyed.
∎ Provide required inputs in the process of new product launch and bring changes to the existing products & services, if necessary.
∎ Monitor distribution situations of assigned products and take corrective measures/actions when necessary.
∎ Collect and analyse feedback from customers and other stakeholders. Accordingly, reshape requirements, features, and offerings.
∎ Maintain communication with the principal on product development, service, and warranty support.
∎ Make regular field visits and identify/communicate with prospected customers.
∎ Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 04-05 years of relevant experience in motorcycle or FMCG industry.
∎ Strategic thinking & leadership capability.
∎ Strong planning & presentation skill.
