∎ Minimum 3 years of active full-time teaching (or equivalent) experience at Assistant Professor level and excellent research portfolio is required for Associate Professor.

∎ Maintain excellent teaching and research quality.
∎ Publish scientific articles in high quality journals.
∎ Deliver seminars on your field of interest.
∎ Each semester review and improve the OBE guideline of the course you teach and present it to the OBE coordinator.
∎ Assist the department as requested by the departmental / school management
