∎ Bachelors (Honor's) and Master's  in Sociology/Political Science/ Economics and Ph.D./Mphil/Equivalent Degree in relevant field with a minimum of two First Class/Div/A Grade out of which one first-class/Div/A Grade in Undergraduate/Graduate Program.
∎ At least 03 years of teaching experience at the university level, out of which 03 years as a Lecturer.
∎ Must have 02 Publications to his/her credit, out of which 02 publications as Lecturer ORM.
∎ Phil/Equivalent Degree in relevant field with a minimum of two First Class/Div/A Grade.
