Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's/ Graduation preferable in Information Management, Statistics, MIS, Education, Economics, Development Studies, Statistics or any other relevant subject or any other relevant field from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit camps and collect quarterly monitoring data digitally and with paper-pencil (if needed) through interview with parents' facilitators and community members as well as through day-to-day observation of the program (e.g., HPL, Adolescent program; GCC etc.) according to plan.
∎ Enter data, clean data and organize and sorting data/information through SPSS.
∎ Communicate with the Program people for programmatic updates of each quarter
∎ Develop case studies through FGD and In-depth interview with Play leaders/ Facilitators, parents and community members of different programs.
∎ Attend meetings, workshops and sharing meetings to share experience and learning.
∎ Share monitoring findings with monitoring and program team
∎ Regular communication with the field staffs for day-to-day operation.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge:
∎ Knowledge on monitoring concepts, process and methodology and data collection processes
∎ Knowledge on coordination, monitoring, data collection, analysis, report writing, presentation preparation, and safeguarding.
∎ knowledge on curriculum of primary and secondary education
∎ Knowledge on people management.
∎ Skills:
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
∎ Competencies:
∎ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
